Menghasilkan Manajer Lembaga Pendidikan yang profesional yang memiliki kompetensi bidang Ilmu Manajemen Pendidikan Islam yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai kepesantrenan. <br>&#8211; Menciptakan konsultan Lemabga Pendidikan yang memiliki kompetensi bidang Ilmu Manajemen Pendidikan Islam yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai kepesantrenan, serta kebijakan pendidikan yang mutakhir.\u00a0  <br>&#8211; Menghasilkan calon asisten peneliti yang mampu melakukan kejian terhadap tema pendidikan serta bersifat problem soving bagi pendidikan di Indonesia.\u00a0 <br>&#8211; Mewujudkan calon tenaga kependidikan yang memilki komptensi penguasaan ilmu bidang administrasi kependidikan berbasis digital<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Strategi Pencapaian Tujuan PS<\/td><td>&#8211; Melaksanakan tata kelola prodi yang kredibel, transparan, akuntabel, bertanggungjawab dan adil.<br>&#8211; Melaksanakan pembinaan mutu SDM secara periodik dan berkesinambungan. <br>&#8211; Melaksanakan kegiatan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat baik secara mandiri maupun kolaboratif antara dosen dan mahasiswa dalam pengembangan Ilmu Pendidikan Agama Islam. <br>&#8211;
